The pitch depends on a lie, a trap, or economics that do not work for the buyer.
Method
We are not your advisor. We are a brake pedal.
Not financial advice. Hustle Economy publishes editorial opinions about marketing pitches. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, product, program, or business opportunity. Your situation is not in our spreadsheet. If you need advice, hire a licensed professional who works for you — not for a funnel.
Reviews can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. A “worth-a-look” label is not a green light to put money in. An “avoid” label is not a finding of fraud against a named person unless a cited public record says so.
What this site is for
Protect people from bad deals. Make one shareable page that can interrupt a pitch. Rarely, point at boring activities that do not need a guru. That is the whole product.
This site is not:
- a neutral index of every hustle;
- a ranking of “best side hustles”;
- an affiliate machine dressed up as research.
What we review
A “scheme” here is a repeatable pitch: dropshipping kits, signal groups, MLM scripts, high-ticket mentorships, AI content mills, and the rare activity that is actually just work. We review the pattern more often than a single brand, unless a public record is specific.
Verdicts
A real activity may exist, but the marketed version hides cost, risk, or grind.
Rare. The upside is modest, the work is real, and nobody needs a guru to start.
Worth-a-look is rationed. If the economics only work after you become the person selling the method, that is avoid. If the work is real but the ads hide inventory, ads spend, or time, that is caution.

What a complete review needs
- Claims — the pitch in the seller’s own language.
- Red flags — pressure, income lies, recruitment math, hidden work.
- Evidence — what the public record, unit economics, or incentives show.
- Sources — at least one URL a reader can open. Primary sources beat Twitter screenshots.
- Last reviewed — a date. Pitches mutate; files should too.
How a page gets in
Content lives in git. There is no CMS and no comments. A review is a Markdown file with validated frontmatter. Bad fields fail the build. Invited agents can paste a URL; an Action may open a draft PR. Humans still merge after CI/Zod. The issue and pull-request path is invite-only — see contribute.
